Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Design Coordinator to organize appointments, store events, and sales aids while delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist Designers with consultations, projects, and customer outreach to create a seamless design experience.

The role emphasizes understanding brand aesthetics, coordinating in-store and home consultations, and driving sales through a high level of service and collaboration with design teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Retail or Customer Service.
• Experience organizing events.
• Proficient with Google platforms, virtual communication, and appointment management systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and a differentiated experience by assisting customers and Designers with managing appointments and Design Desk projects.
• Own the organization and replenishment of sales aids.
• Conduct post-purchase customer outreach.
• Support Designers and Leaders by managing pipeline activities and in-store events.
• Assist customers on the floor and pass them off to Designers as appropriate.
• Passionately represent brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel.
• Ensure full understanding of product information and industry trends.
• Deliver sales, KPI, service goals, and productivity standards.
• Listen to customers to identify products meeting their needs and explain loyalty services.
• Assist Designers with in-home and in-store consultations.
• Model excellent service with a positive attitude and efficient service.
• Support store training on design services to drive understanding of offerings.
• Support large-scale projects as assigned.
