Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Design Coordinator to support the design experience by organizing appointments, store events, and sales aids, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist Designers with consultations and projects, manage workflow on the sales floor, pass customers to Designers, and help communicate the brand aesthetics across store, e-commerce, and catalog channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist Designers with consultations and Design Desk projects
• Manage appointments and Design Desk projects to drive sales
• Organize and replenish sales aids
• Conduct post-purchase customer outreach
• Support in-store events and design services training
• Assist customers on floor and transition to Designers
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on trends
• Liaise with CDST and B2B departments
• Deliver sales, KPI, service goals, and productivity
• Listen to customers to identify best product solutions
• Support large-scale projects as needed
