Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Retail or Customer Service.
• Experience organizing store events or similar.
• Proficient in Google platforms, virtual communication, and appointment management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support design experience by coordinating appointments, store events, and sales aids.
• Assist Designers with consultations, projects, and customer outreach.
• Pass customers to Designers, manage on-floor assistance, and maintain brand standards.
• Handle post-purchase outreach and support in-store design services.
• Contribute to training on design services and participate in large-scale projects.
