Job summary

Figma is seeking an Executive Assistant in Design to partner with VPs and their teams, driving day-to-day admin and strategic operations as the company scales. You will manage calendars, travel, expenses, and cross-functional meeting logistics, while acting as a trusted partner across the design org.

You will identify efficiency opportunities, support design operations, and help maintain alignment with company milestones.

Qualifications

5+ years of executive support in a fast-paced tech environment.
Affinity for AI and ability to build creative workflows for operational efficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication with trusted partner to leaders.
Discretion with confidential information and high level of reliability.
Advanced-level skills in Google Suite products (Gmail, GCal, Docs, Sheets).

Responsibilities

Proactively manage VPs' calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expenses.
Act as a delegate for the VP, approving expenses and tooling with attention to policy.
Craft agendas and logistics for large-scale meetings with notes and action items.
Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve VP efficiency.
Partner with CDO's EA and leadership teams on design operations and long-term planning.
Drive cross-functional alignment on projects and events.
Build culture and connection across hubs and remote Figmates.
