Job summary

Figma, a leading design platform, seeks an Executive Assistant in Design to support VPs and their teams as we scale. You will partner with leadership across the broader Tech Org, handling day-to-day administrative needs and driving cross-functional rhythms to enable growth.

We value proactive problem-solving, strategic partnership, and discretion with confidential information. This role requires working PT hours and will impact both product and company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive support in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Affinity for AI and the ability to build creative workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication with trusted leadership partner experience.
• Discretion with confidential information and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage VP calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expenses.
• Act as a delegate for the VP with expenses, PO approvals, and tooling.
• Craft agendas and logistics for large-scale meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows around business deliverables and rhythms.
• Partner with CDO’s EA and leadership teams on design operations and long-term planning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on projects, milestones, and events.
