Job summary

Figma is seeking an Executive Assistant to the VP, Product Support to keep the team organized and focused on growth. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare materials, and act as a strategic partner across the Product Support leadership and cross-functional teams.

This full-time role can be based in one of our US hubs or remotely within the United States, with involvement in leadership meetings, budget processes, and high-priority projects as the VP’s right-hand partner.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an administrative or support role.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and anticipate needs.
• Discretion and strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the VP, Product Support and light support to four Directors.
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel bookings, and team communications.
• Track agendas, capture action items, and follow up on progress.
• Assist with budget approvals, expenses, and IT tooling as needed.
• Partner with leadership to optimize product support operations and planning.
• Support cross-functional projects and large-scale meetings.
• Prepare content and slides for the VP and leadership team.
