Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Design Coordinator to support the design experience by organizing appointments, store events, and sales aids, delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting Designers with consultations and projects.

You will help on the floor, manage pipeline activities, and ensure brand aesthetics across store, e-commerce, and catalog channels, contributing to a high-quality, customer-focused home design journey.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Retail or Customer Service.
• Experience organizing events.
• Proficient in Google platforms, virtual communication, and appointment management systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by assisting customers and Designers with appointments and Design Desk projects.
• Own the organization and replenishment of sales aids.
• Conduct post-purchase customer outreach.
• Support Designers and Leaders by managing pipeline activities and in-store events.
• Assist customers on the floor and pass them off to Designers as appropriate.
• Understand brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy across store, e-commerce, and catalog.
• Deliver individual sales, KPI, service goals, and productivity standards.
