Crate and Barrel is seeking a Design Coordinator to assist Designers and customers, manage design desk projects, and support in-store events. You will help organize sales aids, conduct post-purchase follow-ups, and ensure a smooth flow of design services across store, e-commerce, and catalog channels.

The role emphasizes understanding design functions, strong communication, event organization, and relationship-building with customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Understanding basic design functions: spatial planning, fabric selection, lighting, interior design styles.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate brand vision to customers.
• Ability to stay up-to-date on market trends and adapt to changing business needs.
• Proven track record of building long-lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and a differentiated experience by assisting customers and Designers with managing appointments and Design Desk projects.
• Own the organization and replenishment of sales aids.
• Conduct post-purchase customer outreach.
• Support Designers and Leaders by managing pipeline activities and in-store events.
• Assist customers on the floor and pass them off to Designers as appropriate.
• Deliver individual sales, KPI, service goals, and productivity standards on the selling floor.
