Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Design Coordinator to support the design experience by organizing appointments, store events, and sales aids. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service and assisting Designers with consultations and projects.

You will help manage the sales process, coordinate design-related activities, and engage customers on the floor to align with brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy across store, e-commerce, and catalog channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Retail or Customer Service.
• Experience organizing events or store activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Designers with consultations, projects, and customer outreach.
• Manage appointments and Design Desk projects to drive sales.
• Support in-store events and store training on design services.
• Pass customers to Designers for in-home or on-floor consultations as needed.
• Maintain product information knowledge and merchandising standards across channels.
• Deliver service excellence with a positive attitude on the sales floor.
