Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial product development.
• Strong communication and hands-on troubleshooting required.

Responsibilities

• Manage electro-mechanical product portfolios.
• Lead value analysis/value engineering initiatives.
• Prepare customer reports and support custom applications.
• Develop drawings, apply GD&T, and perform tolerance calculations.
• Source/validate components; prepare BOMs and ECNs; ensure safety compliance.
