This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with interior designers, architects, and trade partners, growing Ernesta’s trade business while delivering exceptional service.

You will spend 20–30% of your time in the local trade community, visit showrooms, host events, and help integrate Ernesta into client projects.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in interior design or design sales.
• Proven ability to build trust with clients and partners.
• Willing to travel locally to meet trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Ernesta’s local trade business with designers and architects.
• Own a portfolio of trade accounts and drive repeat projects.
• Prospect new trade accounts through outreach and events.
• Maintain an organized pipeline with timelines and next steps.
• Host showroom events and collaborate with the Showroom Leader.
• Represent Ernesta with professionalism and design expertise.
