You’ll report to the General Manager and contribute to the store’s success. This role emphasizes client relationships, in-store demonstrations, and collaboration with the A&D community, offering a competitive benefits package and a path to advance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or client-facing design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and consultations.
• Design tailored solutions aligning with clients’ needs and wellness goals.
• Drive sales by building relationships and following up on leads.
• Collaborate with Architecture & Design community to grow brand awareness.
• Maintain visual merchandising and premium store experience.
• Process transactions and manage orders with accuracy.
