You’ll report to the General Manager and play a key role in driving store success, handling demonstrations, tailored design solutions, and proactive client follow-up to build lasting

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and client-first communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with design/rendering tools.
• Able to lift/move items over 20 lbs; weekend/hours flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and consultations.
• Design tailored solutions aligned with client needs and wellness goals.
• Drive sales by building relationships and following up on leads.
• Collaborate with the A&D (Architecture & Design) community to grow brand awareness.
• Maintain premium store experience and manage orders.
