The role emphasizes design expertise, relationship-building, and driving store success in a collaborative, design-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or client-facing design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to lift/move items over 40 lbs and follow safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations.
• Design tailored solutions that align with clients' needs and wellness goals.
• Drive sales by building strong client relationships and following up on leads.
• Collaborate with the Architecture & Design community to grow brand awareness and partnerships.
• Maintain premium store experience through visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions and manage orders with accuracy and efficiency.
