Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to travel to local stores and meet with vendors as required.
• Demonstrate ability to use internal CRM systems and store systems to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism and actively sell while following Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty, repeat business and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end with curiosity and adaptability to uncover needs.
