You will learn the stories behind iconic products and lead floor plans, events, and client engagements.

This full-time role reports to the Regional Manager and requires strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and store operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial literacy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a high-performing store team with setting clear goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and coaching.
• Ensure adoption of visual standards and store procedures to maximize profit.
• Lead floor plans, design presentations, weekly trade, and customer visits.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to grow the business.
