You will greet clients, build relationships, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process, delivering a memorable shopping experience while meeting and exceeding store KPIs. Great communication and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following Lovesac selling process and following up to drive conversion.
• Build genuine connections that foster loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge while delivering a fun, engaging experience and confidently closing sales.
• Take ownership of performance, executing with confidence to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
