Lovesac in Minnetonka, MN is hiring a Sales Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced, showroom setting. You will greet clients, actively sell, and guide shoppers through the Lovesac experience on the showroom floor.

You’ll build lasting relationships, demonstrate product knowledge, and close sales while delivering exceptional service. The role includes store operations, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed, aligned with Lovesac values.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to travel locally as required.
• Able to move up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process and following up to drive conversion.
• Build genuine connections to foster loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end with curiosity and adaptability to meet needs and close sales.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to create a fun, engaging showroom experience and confidently close sales.
• Take ownership of performance to meet/exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Support daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, visual standards and promotions.
• Adhere to brand standards, safety, and policies while contributing to a positive team environment.
• Take on additional priorities and projects to grow the store, team, and brand.
