Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, deliver outstanding service, and drive bespoke furniture sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll greet clients, demonstrate products, and provide a memorable shopping experience on the sales floor.

You’ll participate in opening/closing duties, maintain store standards, and contribute to a high-performance, customer-first culture. A minimum of 1 year in retail or customer service is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and nights when needed.
• Able to travel to local stores and meetings as required.
• Proficient with technology for sales and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and drive sales through Lovesac selling process.
• Build loyalty and repeat business by delivering exceptional service.
• Own the customer journey from inquiry to sale and follow-up.
