Job summary

Garver Engineering seeks a Design Technology Specialist to support digital project delivery across CAD/BIM, GIS, and collaboration platforms. You will organize workspaces, manage metadata, and ensure data governance using Forma, Egnyte, ArcGIS Online, and related tools, while providing first‑level user support.

You will help improve workflows, develop templates and guides, and assist engineering teams with practical technology solutions, contributing to high‑quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate preferred in related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, organize, review, and maintain project workspaces, CAD/BIM files, GIS content, and reference files.
• Support project setup, permissions, metadata, standards, secure sharing, and data governance across tools.
• Provide first-level user support for access requests, file management, and workflow issues.
• Improve repeatable processes through templates, documentation, and basic automation.
• Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, diagrams, and training materials.
