Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate preferred in related field; 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with project setup, folder structures, and reference files.
• Familiarity with CAD/BIM environments and digital delivery workflows is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create, organize, review, and maintain project workspaces, CAD/BIM files, GIS content, and reference files.
• Support project setup, permissions, metadata, standards, and data governance across tools such as Forma, Egnyte, ArcGIS Online.
• Provide first-level user support for access requests, file management, workflow errors, and project tech questions.
• Improve repeatable processes through templates, documentation, reporting, and basic automation.
• Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, diagrams, and training materials promoting consistent delivery.
