Job summary

Garver is seeking a Design Technology Specialist in Fayetteville to support digital project delivery across design environments, GIS systems, and engineering workflows. You will organize project data, maintain workspaces and reference files, and provide first-level support to project teams.

You will work with Forma, Egnyte, ArcGIS Online, and related platforms, improving data quality, templates, and governing processes while keeping colleagues productive and aligned with standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD/BIM environments and digital delivery workflows.
• Experience with Forma, Egnyte, ArcGIS Online, ProjectWise, MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Power BI, Python, PowerShell, SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, organize, review, and maintain project workspaces, CAD/BIM files, design documentation, GIS content, and supporting reference files.
• Support project setup, permissions, metadata, standards, secure sharing, review workflows, and data governance across tools such as Forma, Egnyte, ArcGIS Online, and related platforms.
• Provide first-level user support for access requests, file management, reference file issues, workflow errors, and project technology questions.
• Improve repeatable processes through templates, documentation, reporting, workflow enhancements, and basic automation where appropriate.
• Create and maintain user guides, standard operating procedures, diagrams, and training materials that promote consistent digital delivery practices.
