Job summary

Garver is seeking a Design Technology Specialist to support digital project delivery across CAD/BIM, GIS, and design environments. You will help organize, govern, and maintain project data, provide first-level support, and improve data quality across Forma, Egnyte, ArcGIS Online, and related platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering teams, data governance, and developing templates and guides to promote consistent digital delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or technical certificate preferred in related fields.
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD/BIM environments and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project workspaces, CAD/BIM files, GIS content.
• Support project setup, permissions, metadata, standards, and data governance.
• Provide first-level user support for access, file issues, and workflows.
• Improve repeatable processes with templates, documentation, and basic automation.
• Create and maintain user guides and training materials for consistent delivery.
