Job summary

Garver is seeking a Design Technology Specialist to support digital project delivery across collaboration platforms, design environments, GIS systems, and engineering workflows. This role provides first-level support and helps improve data quality and consistency across project technology platforms.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining project workspaces and reference files, managing permissions and metadata, and developing user guides and training materials to promote consistent

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate preferred in a related field.
• Familiarity with CAD/BIM environments and digital delivery workflows.
• Experience with Forma, Egnyte, ArcGIS Online and related tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create, organize, review, and maintain project workspaces, CAD/BIM files, GIS content, and reference files.
• Support project setup, permissions, metadata, standards, secure sharing, review workflows, and data governance across tools.
• Provide first-level user support for access requests, file management, reference file issues, workflow errors, and project technology questions.
• Improve repeatable processes through templates, documentation, reporting, workflow enhancements, and basic automation where appropriate.
• Create and maintain user guides, standard operating procedures, diagrams, and training materials that promote consistent digital delivery practices.
