Job summary

Recraft is seeking a skilled copywriter with a design sensibility to shape our brand voice across channels. You’ll own tone guidelines, write launches for new models and features, and craft scripts for motion videos and tutorials.

You will also contribute to SEO-focused blog content, collaborate with design, product, and researchers, and help name new models and features while using Recraft Studio daily to test and write from real user experience.

Qualifications

• A design background with writing as your main craft.
• Excellent written English (C2 or equivalent) and a personal voice.
• Portfolio with published articles, a blog/newsletter, or product copy.
• Ability to write from a launch post to long-form articles while maintaining voice.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and writing that doesn't read like AI.
• Curiosity about the design world and designers' challenges.

Responsibilities

• Shape Recraft's tone of voice and ensure brand sounds cohesive.
• Write launches: social posts, announcements across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord.
• Create scripts and copy for motion videos, tutorials, and interviews.
• Contribute to creative launches with strong writing focus.
• Manage SEO-friendly blog content that ranks and engages readers.
• Collaborate on UX copy inside Recraft Studio: onboarding, tooltips, descriptions.
• Help name new models and features with clear introductory copy.
• Use Recraft Studio extensively and write from first-hand product experience.
