Authority Brands seeks a Copywriter & Creative Prompt Engineer to craft high-converting copy across its multi-brand portfolio. You will bridge human empathy, brand voice, and generative AI to scale output without sacrificing standards.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will develop AI prompt libraries, optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, landing pages, email, and local assets, and test variations to drive lead generation and conversions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional copywriting focused on direct-response marketing.
• Experience with digital performance campaigns and lead generation.
• Experience using generative AI tools and designing prompt workflows.

Responsibilities

• Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy for paid ads, landing pages, email, and direct mail.
• Design and refine AI prompts to scale copy output for local and multi-location needs.
• Build an enterprise prompt library and brand voice templates.
• Analyze home services consumer pain points and craft resonant messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRO, and design to test headline, body, and CTA variations.
• Lead creative copy brainstorming sessions across designers and strategists.
