Job summary

You will drive sales on the floor and virtually, create moodboards and 2D floor plans, lead one-on-one design sessions, align with CB2 aesthetics across stores, online, and catalogs, and meet KPI targets while staying current with design trends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in furniture sales or home decor design, or retail/customer service experience.
• Experience working one-on-one with clients and recommending solutions.
• Proficient with Google platforms and virtual communication; design tools experience preferred.

Responsibilities
