Responsibilities

Drive sales and create a differentiated customer experience on the floor and online.
Create elevated CB2 designs for customers using moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists and style inspiration.
Lead One on One Design consultations in person or via email, phone, and virtual sessions; deliver projects on time.
Understand CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel (Store, Online, Catalog).
Meet sales, KPI, and service goals while engaging customers with the four steps of selling.
