Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Furniture Sales/Home Decor Design or retail/customer service.
• Experience conducting one-on-one client design sessions and recommending solutions.
• Proficiency with Google platforms, video conferencing, and design tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and provide elevated customer interactions in-store and virtually.
• Create CB2 designs using moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists and inspiration.
• Lead one-on-one design consultations in person or via email, phone, and video calls.
• Demonstrate CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel.
• Meet sales, KPI and service goals, maintaining productivity standards.
