Job summary

Euromarket Designs Inc. is seeking a Designer in New York to drive sales with elevated design offerings in-store, homes, and virtually.

You will create CB2 designs using moodboards, 2D floor plans, and product lists, and lead one-on-one design consultations in person or remotely. The role requires 1+ years in furniture design or home decor sales, strong communication, and proficiency with design tools and Google platforms.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Furniture Sales/Home Decor Design or retail/customer service.
• Experience working one-on-one with clients and recommending solutions.
• Proficient in Google platforms, virtual communication, design tool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and provide a differentiated experience by enriching customer interactions and elevated design offerings in-store, at customers' homes, and virtually.
• Create elevated CB2 designs using moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists and style inspiration
• Lead One on One Design consultations in person or via email, phone, and virtual design consults; deliver projects on time
• Understand CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel – Store, Online, Catalog
• Deliver sales, KPI and service goals, productivity standards, and engage customers using the four steps of selling
• Stay informed with marketplace and industry trends
• Listen to customers to identify products meeting needs and communicate loyalty services
• Support and model excellent service with a positive attitude, ensuring gracious, quick, and efficient service
