3 Day Blinds is seeking Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide confident purchasing decisions in a single visit.

You will work with company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, with tools such as a laptop and smartphone provided. A growth path exists within our national brand, and weekend availability is preferred.

• No prior design experience required — we'll train you.

Responsabilités

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend windows treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in-home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build referrals and local networking to grow business.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to installation.
