Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. is seeking a Design Consultant to work with customers in the design center, remotely, or in-home to create personalized design solutions that drive sales of Ethan Allen products and services.

You will develop space plans, select fabrics and furniture, and present concepts using 3-D tools, CRM, and live chat to build client relationships and meet sales goals while representing the brand across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a design-related field with practical interior design experience.
• Broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques.
• Working knowledge of online sales and design tools.
• Strong listening and written communication skills.
• Experience with social media/grass-roots marketing to develop a client book.
• Proficient with digital floor planning tech; 3D apps a plus.
• Experience with AR/VR visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Create design solutions aligned with customer preferences and budget.
• Sell Ethan Allen products and services.
• Represent the Ethan Allen brand in all interactions and conduct home calls.
• Utilize social media to grow the business.
• Educate customers on complimentary design services and financing options.
• Stay current on design trends to craft fashionable solutions.
• Coordinate with the team to update order status and maintain excellent service.
