Job summary

Ethan Allen, America's #1 Premium Furniture Retailer, seeks a Design Consultant to create individualized design solutions and drive sales in our design centers. You will greet customers, present Ethan Allen products, and arrange in-home consultations, using 3-D tools and CRM to support the customer journey.

You’ll stay current on design trends, collaborate with the team, and participate in marketing programs while helping clients explore complimentary design services and financing options.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of practical interior design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a design-related field from an accredited institution, desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create design solutions aligned with customer preferences and budget.
• Sell Ethan Allen products and services.
• Represent the Ethan Allen brand in all customer interactions and engage with customers to set appointments and in-home consultations.
