Bassett Furniture Industries, Inc. is seeking a Design Consultant for our showroom who loves interior design and helping clients visualize rooms. You will build meaningful relationships using relationship selling, present design solutions, and guide customers from concept to completion.

This is a commission-based role with bonuses. The income potential averages $70,000–$105,000 per year, with top performers reaching about $135,000.

Qualifications

• Design passion and client-focused selling skills are essential.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is required.
• Ability to discern and coordinate colors and textures to match client tastes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities
