Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Technical savvy and ability to train on 20-20/THD tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform the whole scope of required training for new lease workers, including ongoing education for Designers and professionals.
• Facilitate training and improvement training through internet‑based education, preparing direction substances for every class including magnificence materials and eLearning substances.
• Support new lease trainees to become efficient individuals of the layout join crew.
• Deliver month‑to‑month professional development courses associated with leadership and education functions.
• Collaborate with buddies, crew, and leadership to determine individual, team, and branch education wishes.
• Assist in the improvement of labor plans, curriculum maps, and implementation plans.
• Manage administrative obligations: calendar planning, partner questions, peer evaluations, and additional responsibilities as needed.
