Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Functional Training Manager to lead training for both virtual and in-person audiences. You will work with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop and maintain courses, and you will present content to large groups.

Ideal candidates have solid communication skills, experience facilitating in-person and remote training, and a strong grasp of adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Experience facilitating training for in-person and remote audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multi-day learning events and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Learning Design & Development, Learning Strategy, and SMEs to develop and maintain courses.
• Facilitate training sessions for both virtual and in-person audiences.
• Provide administrative support such as calendar planning and event management.
