Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain training materials across formats (workbooks, job aids, e-learning, video).
• Collaborate with Training Manager to translate content into engaging learning experiences.
• Administer LMS tasks including course uploads and learner enrollment.
• Organize and present skills training in instructor-led and virtual formats.
• Analyze program effectiveness via assessments and feedback.
