Job summary

Closets by Design Minneapolis is hiring designers/sales representatives to help clients organize their homes.

You will receive complete sales and design training with no experience required, and you can work from home with pre-set appointments. The role includes a flexible hybrid schedule, mentorship, and growth toward a Senior Sales Designer position with potential pay/bonus increases.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16‑week paid sales training.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
