Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Design Coordinator to organize appointments, store events, and sales aids while delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist Designers with consultations and design projects, helping customers find solutions that align with brand aesthetics across store, e-commerce, and catalog channels.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Designers and Leaders, managing design-related pipeline activities, and providing enthusiastic, knowledgeable support on the sales

• Ability to translate brand vision into customer interactions and design solutions.
• Proven track record with customers and delivering service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and provide a differentiated experience by assisting customers and Designers with appointments and Design Desk projects.
• Own the organization and replenishment of sales aids.
• Conduct post-purchase customer outreach.
• Support Designers and Leaders by managing pipeline activities and in-store events.
• Assist customers on the floor and pass them off to Designers as appropriate.
• Stay informed on product information, trends, and competition.
• Maintain partnerships with CDST and B2B departments.
• Deliver sales, KPIs, service goals, and productivity while engaging customers.
• Listen to customers to identify products that meet needs and explain loyalty services.
• Assist Designers with in-home and in-store consultations.
• Support service excellence with a positive attitude and efficient service.
• Support store training on design services to drive understanding.
• Support large-scale projects as assigned.
