Ethan Allen Global, Inc. is seeking a Design Consultant for our Chesterfield, MO Design Center. The role focuses on creating individualized design solutions, guiding customers through space planning, fabric coordination, and product selection to close sales in a relationship-based environment.

The position requires interior design knowledge, strong communication, and proficiency with online design tools. You will engage clients, conduct home calls, and leverage social media to expand the client

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a design-related field from an accredited institution, desirable.
• Broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques.
• Working knowledge of online sales and design tools.
• Good listening skills with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create design solutions that align with the customer's budget and preferences.
• Sell Ethan Allen products and services and represent the brand in all interactions.
• Greet customers professionally in the design center and schedule appointments and home consultations.
• Utilize social media to develop and grow the business.
• Educate customers on complimentary design services and available financing options.
