Job summary

Ethan Allen is seeking a Design Center Manager in Jacksonville to lead design teams, develop business plans, drive sales, and build customer relationships. The role combines leadership with hands-on design expertise to meet revenue targets and deliver excellent service.

The candidate will supervise, train, and coach designers, manage P&L implications, and partner with local communities to boost brand presence. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of interior design experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent with 10 years of progressive relevant experience and design exposure.
• Proven sales background in residential interior design; supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design center and drive sales while coaching the team.
• Lead design projects, customer relationships, and revenue growth.
• Review monthly P&L with Market Design Leader and Market Operations Leader.
• Develop community programs to raise Ethan Allen visibility locally.
• Provide design training sessions and ensure policy compliance.
• Set monthly/quarterly goals for all designers in the center.
