Job summary

Ethan Allen, a leading premium furniture retailer, is seeking a Design Center Manager in Centennial, CO. You will lead the design team, drive sales, and manage customer relationships to meet revenue goals.

The role requires a strong background in residential interior design, supervisory experience, and the ability to train staff while coordinating with leadership on business plans and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of progressive interior design experience.
• Proven sales background in residential interior design and supervisory experience.
• Ability to train and coach design teams; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall design center operations and strategy.
• Coach and support design teams in interior design and customer relationships.
• Drive sales growth through grassroots marketing and community engagement, including partnerships and digital channels.
• Review P&L statements monthly with Market/Design Leader and Operations Leader.
• Develop business plans with designers to increase market reach and revenue, and ensure policy compliance.
