You will oversee estimating, scheduling, and coordination from concept through closeout, collaborating with owners and the design team to deliver value. The role requires leadership, integrity, and a track record of managing multi-million dollar projects.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of construction management experience.
• Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, safety, and cost reporting.
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate.
• Work with owners and design team on preliminary concept drawings.
• Lead proposal meetings to review scope, costs, and value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly on-site progress meetings.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Plan, organize, and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Drive quality by evaluating project processes and implementing improvements.
• Uphold integrity and align with company values and client requirements.
