ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager (DBM) in Columbus, OH. You will lead projects from concept through completion, partnering with clients and design teams to deliver buildable, high-quality solutions.

You’ll own estimating, scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values integrity and results.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in Civil/Mechanical/Architectural/Construction Management or related field.
• Strong interest in the design/build construction process and industrial builds.
• Previous construction experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of the project from start to finish including estimating, scheduling, quality control, and billing.
• Develop accurate, reliable project estimates for successful execution.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape concepts into buildable solutions.
• Participate in proposal meetings to refine scope and costs.
• Lead subcontractor selection and buyout to ensure cost discipline.
• Facilitate bi-weekly on-site meetings to align teams and drive progress.
• Make informed decisions under pressure and manage multiple moving parts.
• Champion quality and continuous improvement across projects.
