Job summary

ARCO Design/Build seeks a Design/Build Manager who thrives on detail and problem solving to drive project performance and profitability from day one. You will oversee the construction process and coordinate with owners and design teams to translate concepts into actionable plans.

The role requires managing estimating, scheduling, quality control, cost reporting, safety, and design coordination, while delivering value engineering ideas and meeting client expectations.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 3–10 years of construction management on commercial projects.
• Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
• Commitment to quality and meeting customer expectations.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates.
• Coordinate with owners and design team on concepts and drawings.
• Oversee bid/proposal processes and subcontractor selection.
• Lead bi-weekly site meetings and ensure safety and quality.
