Job summary

ARCO Design/Build seeks a Construction Design/Build Project Manager to lead projects from concept to completion. You will manage estimating, scheduling, design coordination, cost tracking, and on-site meetings, ensuring quality, safety, and value-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with clients and design teams to translate preliminary concepts into buildable solutions while aligning scope with budget and schedule. A strong communicator with a owner’s mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Accredited undergraduate or graduate degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead every facet of the project from start to finish, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, billing, design coordination, cost tracking, safety, and proposal development.
• Deliver detailed, reliable project estimates for successful execution.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape preliminary concepts into buildable solutions.
• Lead subcontractor selection and buyout to ensure top-tier talent and cost-effectiveness.
• Facilitate bi-weekly site meetings to align teams and track progress.
• Coordinate multiple moving parts to keep scope, schedule, and budget aligned.
• Drive quality and continuous improvement and transform client feedback into outcomes.
