Job summary

Enervise, a leading provider of HVAC, BAS and related building solutions in the Ohio region, is seeking a Project Sales Engineer for the Greater Dayton market. You will develop and close design-build and retrofit projects, leveraging existing maintenance relationships and your own business development efforts.

You will work with owners, facility managers and engineers to qualify opportunities, develop scopes, coordinate design resources, and deliver proposals.

Qualifications

• HVAC, BAS/controls, plumbing or energy solutions experience.
• Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
• Experience in commercial HVAC design, estimating, or project sales.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to develop and close business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sell commercial HVAC retrofit, design-build, BAS, and energy-saving projects.
• Generate opportunities through maintenance base and business development efforts.
• Build relationships with building owners, facility managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Qualify opportunities, develop scope, coordinate design resources, prepare proposals, and close projects.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with engineering partners, subcontractors, project management, and operations to ensure project execution.
