Job summary

Enervise, LLC in the Dayton market is seeking a Project Sales Engineer to drive and close complex HVAC projects. You will develop client relationships, design solutions, and lead proposals from scoping to close, partnering with an experienced team.

Primary focus is retrofit, design-build, BAS/controls, and energy-saving initiatives with regional growth in Greater Dayton, Northern Cincinnati, and Western Columbus. Strong technical and consultative selling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC, BAS/controls, or energy solutions experience.
• Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
• Experience in commercial HVAC design, estimating, or project sales.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to develop and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sell commercial HVAC retrofit, design-build, BAS, and energy-saving projects.
• Generate opportunities through maintenance base and BD efforts.
• Build relationships with building owners, facility managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Qualify opportunities, develop scope, coordinate design/resources, prepare proposals, and close projects.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with engineering partners, subcontractors, project management, and operations to ensure successful project execution.
