HNTB Corporation seeks a DB Design Manager (Highway/ Managed Lanes) to lead teams on large-scale projects. This officer-level role requires extensive collaboration with contractors and a proven track record managing mega projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience, including mega project delivery.
• 6 years of experience managing mega and/or super mega projects.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• PE certification in multiple states, including California.
• Experience as a Design Manager on multiple DB highway/managed lanes projects.
• DBIA and PMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and nurtures key client relationships and serves as primary contact on assigned projects.
• Manages financial performance, cash, budget, schedule and scope to meet goals.
• Oversees staffing, recruitment, development and performance reviews for project staff.
• Leads pursuits of super mega projects and prepares proposals and presentations.
• Collaborates with leadership to staff projects and resolve challenges.
