HNTB is seeking a Design Manager for Highway/Managed Lanes to lead teams on large national projects. This officer-level role requires extensive experience collaborating with contractors and directing design work on mega projects. The position can be based from any HNTB office, with travel to project offices as needed.

Selected candidate will drive quality, on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple pursuits, overseeing staffing, client communications and senior leadership collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 12 years of relevant experience including 6 years managing mega/super mega projects.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification in multiple states.
• DBIA certification preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and nurtures key client relationships and is the primary company contact on assigned projects.
• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate solutions.
• Responsible for financial performance on projects, including cash, budget, schedule and scope.
• Sets priorities and staffs projects according to the Work Plan.
• Supervises and mentors team, may oversee Project Manager(s) and staffing and performance reviews.
• Leads pursuits of mega projects and coordinates with pursuit teams on proposals and presentations.
